ACCESS TO INFORMATION

Your rights to access information about Jasco and all its subsidiaries are protected by the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 ("the Act").

Jasco has compiled a manual in terms of Section 51 of the Act which sets out details of what information is available from the company. To access this PAIA manual click here.

The procedure to be followed and the fees required when requesting any information from Jasco is contained in the manual. Requesters are required, however, in terms of the Act to fill out the attached Form C when requesting any information from Jasco.

The completed Form C must be returned to one of the addresses shown in the contact us section of this website.
